Why have you decided to join Leadex Systems?
My first priorities were meaningful, complex projects and the potential for professional growth. At Leadex Systems, it is a given. With time here, I have come to appreciate the management style and overall positive atmosphere, but that balance of challenge and structure and predictability is what drives me here every day.
What does your usual day look like?
I guess it is the same as for most scrum masters or business analysts. I have internal and external meetings, communicate with customers, manage backlogs. Plus on and off things like exploring ideas, managing the team, preparing demos, coaching, training. Some days are packed, some are more relaxed.
What company value resonates with you most and why?
Mutual respect. People are the most valuable asset for the company, and communication is key. I feel at ease with the team and management. We are united to deliver value to the customer. Each brings his skills to the table and does his share of work. For a proper reward, of course.
