• Participate in project kick-off and architecture review sessions
• Review requirements, participate in sprint planning and develop prioritized backlog of the phases
  and activities to be implemented
• Determine best practices for implementing the phases and activities
• Implement phases and activities per agreed upon sprint schedule
• Perform knowledge transfer activities
• Define and guide adherence to architectural best practices and guidelines
• At targeted project stages, deliver summary of the engagement and final recommendation
• Provide coaching and mentoring to technical staff as required
• Provide support on C4E activities
