We store your Personal Data on our devices and/or servers maintained by Google LLC (Google Drive) and BambooHR (cloud-based human resources software) in the EU, in accordance with regulations and policies on data protection and security and Huntflow AM LLC, Armenia (hiring management platform), with whom Leadex have entered into agreements as part of its normal business operations to carry out recruitment-related functions.
We will retain your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process and for a period of 1 year thereafter. If your application is successful, we will retain the necessary data for your employment.
In some cases, we may retain data for longer periods if we have a legitimate reason or legal obligation to do so.
Data sharing and security
We may share your personal data with trusted third parties who assist us in our recruitment processes, including HR service providers, background check agencies, and IT service providers.
