List of common activities
- Participate in project kick-off and architecture review sessions
- Review requirements, participate in sprint planning and develop prioritized backlog of the phases and activities to be implemented
- Determine best practices for implementing the phases and activities
- Implement phases and activities per agreed upon sprint schedule
- Perform knowledge transfer activities
- Define and guide adherence to architectural best practices and guidelines
- At targeted project stages, deliver summary of the engagement and final recommendation
- Provide coaching and mentoring to technical staff as required
- Provide support on C4E activities
