Leadex Systems

Integration roadmaps and architecture that scale

We assess your landscape, quantify point-to-point integration debt and design a target architecture, API-led, event-driven or both, with a sequenced roadmap your teams can deliver. Vendor-neutral advice from engineers delivering integration since 2008.

Our approach

  1. 01

    Discover

Inventory systems, interfaces and data flows, interview owners, and map the integration debt and what it costs.

  2. 02

    Define the target state

Choose API-led and event-driven layers, standards, security and the runtime that fits each workload.

  3. 03

    Plan the roadmap

Sequence the work into releases with dependencies, quick wins and a business case per phase.

  4. 04

    Govern

Set up a Centre for Enablement: design standards, reusable assets, reviews and KPIs.

Expertise

Architecture

API-led connectivity

System, process and experience API layers that make integrations reusable instead of one-off.

Patterns

Event-driven integration

Messaging and Kafka patterns for real-time, decoupled flows alongside request-response APIs.

Modernisation

Legacy middleware migration

Plans to move off Oracle, TIBCO, IBM and .NET middleware to MuleSoft or Apache Camel, with risk managed per interface.

Governance

Centre for Enablement (C4E)

Standards, reusable assets and an operating model so your teams keep delivering after we step back.

Outcomes

Clear target state
One agreed architecture instead of point-to-point sprawl.
Sequenced roadmap
Releases ordered by value and dependency, each with a business case.
Vendor-neutral
MuleSoft, Apache Camel or both, chosen per workload.
Reuse first
Assets and standards that make every next integration cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

What does an integration roadmap include?

A map of your current systems and interfaces, the integration debt and its cost, a target architecture, and a sequenced plan of releases with dependencies and a business case for each phase.

Do you only recommend MuleSoft?

No. We are a long-standing MuleSoft partner, but we also deliver on Apache Camel and Red Hat middleware, and we choose the runtime per workload rather than per vendor.

Can you help us move off legacy middleware?

Yes. We have migrated customers from Oracle, TIBCO and Microsoft .NET integration platforms to MuleSoft, and put MuleSoft Omni Gateway in front of IBM App Connect Enterprise without changing the existing services.

Where do you work?

From offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Bad Homburg and Paphos, delivering integration programmes across the Middle East and Europe.
